- SALON POLICIES
- So Fetch will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. The general rule of thumb is 2 to 4 on hours per grooming appointment but can vary depending on size and requested service.
- Vaccinations: We require that all pets be up to date on rabies, booster, and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines. You may bring a copy to your first grooming appointment or have your vet E-mail us prior to your appointment at sofetch115@gmail.com. Failure to provide current vaccine records/overdue vaccines will result in a cancellation of your appointment. Keeping everyone safe and healthy is our #1 priority! Note: If you have an elderly dog who is unable to receive vaccines we will accommodate an express groom for them.
- Cancellations: We ask that you please give us a 24 hours' notice of cancellations. If you have to cancel the day of you may be asked to pay a 50% cancellation fee. We understand that things happen and will try to be understanding of specific circumstances.
- No show: If you miss two appointments without notice of cancellation, you will be asked to prepay when you book a future appointment. If you have prepaid for an appointment because of a history of no shows you will not receive a refund or credit if you miss that appointment unless you give 24-hour notice that you have to cancel.
- Running late: If you are running late, please let us know how late you will be. If you are 15 minutes or more past your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. Sometimes we can accommodate, but it will require us to work longer hours.
- Late Pickup: If you are the last appointment of the day and pick up past closing time you will be charged $10 every 15 minutes.
